• Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating data warehouses and BI tools to support company growth. • Play a key role in developing extensive capabilities in KPI visualizations. • Be the right-hand of product and business leaders in building business cases. • Uncover actionable insights and make recommendations influencing strategic and tactical decisions. • Analyze patient lifecycle, marketing funnel, trends, and communicate insights. • Produce analysis to facilitate resource allocation decisions. • Lead and implement data-related projects and solutions from design to implementation. • Be aligned with company values of entrepreneurial mindset, global perspective, passion, empathy, and making a positive difference in the world.

Requirements

• Hands-on Senior Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience in SQL and BI Tools. • Advanced knowledge in data engineering including ETL / ELT tools and DWH architecture. • B.A./B.Sc. degree focused on statistical and analytical skills. • Proficient in effectively communicating analytics outcomes to business stakeholders. • Excellent teamwork, autonomy, planning, and prioritization skills for developing data solutions. • Self-motivated, independent, organized, proactive, responsive, flexible, and adaptable. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Experience with product/marketing analytic tools like Mixpanel, Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize. • Nice to have: Experience in product/marketing analytic tools such as Mixpanel, Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize. • Nice to have: Experience with Python for statistical analysis.
