• Execute full SDLC for solutions targeting both business and consumer customers • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to bring features and APIs to production • Demonstrate strong leadership presence to inspire and motivate team members • Proficient in working with distributed systems and managing large datasets • Prioritize automation to enhance efficiency wherever feasible • Passionate about building high-quality, innovative, and performant software solutions • Ensure adherence to observability best practices and technical design standards for software development

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in web application development • Professional experience with the MERN stack (and TypeScript ) • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems • A love for automated testing • Experience designing and operating distributed microservices in containerized environments • Proficient working experience with modern auth constructs such as JWT, Claims, OAuth 2.0
