📋 Description

• Lead the successful implementation of software solutions for customers in German-speaking and international markets • Take responsibility for international customer projects focused on the digitalization and automation of business processes • Develop sustainable concepts together with customers • Coordinate project teams • Bring together functional, technical, and organizational requirements • Manage resources, budgets, and schedules • Guide customers through change processes and provide clarity and direction to diverse stakeholders • Work closely with consultants and solution experts • Support Sales during selected presales phases with subject-matter expertise • Help shape internal initiatives such as project management standards, new tools, and the use of AI in day-to-day project work

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience • Experience in project management • Experience with implementation or transformation projects • Proficiency in German and English • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively • Willingness to support customers on-site when required
