📋 Description

• Serve as the technical owner of a merchant's journey from the first discovery call to the first production transaction. • Design solutions and build integrations for merchant payment processing. • Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand payment stacks, requirements, and constraints. • Run product demos and technical presentations for engineering and product audiences. • Design payment orchestration solutions and integration architectures tailored to each merchant. • Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence with Sales. • Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff and integration planning through testing and go-live. • Guide merchant developers through APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and payment method configurations. • Troubleshoot integration issues across payment flows, API logs, and third-party providers. • Build reusable demo environments, integration guides, and technical documentation. • Hand off live merchants to Technical Account Management with complete context and documentation. • Feed recurring merchant requirements and integration friction back to Product and Engineering. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and merchant development teams across LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. • +4 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical implementation, or integration roles. • Hands-on technical skills: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP debugging, and at least one programming language for building demos and sample integrations. • Payments knowledge: gateways, PSPs, acquirers, card networks, 3DS, tokenization, refunds, chargebacks, and alternative payment methods. • Experience running technical conversations with both engineering teams and commercial stakeholders. • Proven track record delivering integration projects with external development teams on defined timelines. • Comfortable working with SQL and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or similar. • Ability to manage multiple merchants and deals in parallel without losing technical depth on any of them. • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities and processes evolve quickly.
