• Support end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, candidate outreach, scheduling, and providing feedback; • Conduct qualification interviews with candidates across different profiles and seniority levels; • Assist in organizing candidate pipelines and updating spreadsheets and recruitment metrics; • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and the internal team; • Support behavioral profile analysis and prepare evaluation reports; • Contribute to maintaining Relou’s standard of excellence in every delivery.
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines; • Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning; • Familiarity with consulting environments is a plus; • Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding region.
