• Identify Private Equity firms and Companies where we can build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive customer leads for SpendHound • Conduct outreach through a variety of channels to build relationships with potential partners • Build a pipeline of partnership opportunities to help drive leads to our sales team • Cultivate c-suite and leadership level relationships with prospective partners • Work together with product to define product changes to help us execute those partnership opportunities • Run comprehensive discovery process to understand partner needs and goals • Manage timelines to achieve partnership goals • Maintain a pipeline and accurate forecast performance of that pipeline • Negotiate and sign complex enterprise-level partnerships • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with key partners, including legal and compliance, product, engineering, and executive management
• 4+ years of experience in partnership sales and/or subscription sales in a fast-paced SaaS/Subscription sales environment • Track record of not only meeting, but exceeding execution goals • Deep understanding of the product and growth strategy • Grit and tenacity • Team player mentality • Great questioning skills and ability to identify concerns and objections from prospective partners • Interest or experience in the spend and SaaS management space • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with CXO level prospects
