📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding • Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OLJ, and other channels • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience • Experience in full-cycle recruitment • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
