📋 Description

‱ Manage and grow assigned territory within U.S. Eye Care Professional Channel ‱ Conduct sales calls with eye care professionals to promote ZEISS products ‱ Document customer records and activity within Salesforce.com ‱ Develop and maintain effective plans for assigned territory ‱ Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales leadership ‱ Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx business ‱ Create value-based sales strategies ‱ Schedule and conduct on-site training and educational seminars ‱ Collaborate with Alliance Groups to maximize growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in business-to-business sales ‱ Strong consultative and conceptual selling skills ‱ Proficiency in Salesforce.com ‱ Ability to conduct sales calls with eye care professionals ‱ Develop and implement account specific programs and business plans ‱ Ability to perform pre-call planning and anticipate objections ‱ Establish relationships as a trusted advisor/consultant ‱ Operate with ethical standards during customer interactions
