Description

• Assume full responsibility for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the user journey portions around adoption and initial usage of platform products • Collaborate with other portfolios within the Engagement & Retention Division and product divisions • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success of product-driven initiatives • Rapidly iterate and evolve the product to meet a variety of needs • Work with engineering teams to add new features and functions that improve the customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in a marketing or sales-driven role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, media, or business administration • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to launch web or native mobile software products • Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use in-app metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage • Superb interpersonal and written communication skills • Forward-thinking mindset, with a commitment to developing product offerings that meet and exceed customer expectations
