• 1+ years experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field. • Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use LinkedIn Navigator to find and connect with high-potential leads • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email marketing and an eagerness to develop proposal writing abilities • Ability to adapt quickly and tailor communication to different audiences • Ability to adapt quickly to various communication channels. • Basic understanding of (or eagerness to quickly learn) software tools commonly used in recruitment and sales, such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and talent management systems. • High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to reaching out to potential clients. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and challenges. • Ability to effectively communicate the unique advantages of KAMI’s recruitment services to quickly convince leads to take advantage of our superior no-obligations service! • Time management skills to effectively manage multiple client relationships and reach out to even more. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new things. • Great command of the English language and must sound like a native speaker
