• Manage day-to-day relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, Talent Acquisition and Procurement • Build strong personal rapport and long-term trust with key stakeholders • Own hiring outcomes across assigned accounts (contract & permanent roles) • Drive job intake, submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offers and closures • Share market insights • Ensure clients consistently experience strong value from their agency engagement • Identify opportunities to expand Zone’s footprint within accounts • Work closely with recruiters to prioritise roles and drive execution
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Results-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability • Experience working with clients in Australia/Europe is a plus) • Experience in IT recruitment/staffing in Account Management role • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-ups • Commercial thinking and client-first approach
