• Work with customers to maximize Zuora investments • Drive engagement team to optimal solutions • Engage with customers at all levels of the organization • Establish and maintain system configurations • Provide customers expertise on Zuora products and integration best practices • Design and document functional and technical solutions • Provide guidance and best practices using quarterly roadmaps • Develop and deliver custom customer solution specific training materials • Support customers with regularly scheduled calls
• 3-5 years of enterprise experience in Revenue and Finance solutions • 3-5 years of customer-facing solution delivery experience • 3-5 years of expertise with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred • Code experience in SQL, PLSQL or another programming language • Object-oriented framework experience • Ability to review API documentation • Ability to assist customers with API integrations • Demonstrated leadership abilities
