📋 Description

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities aligned with StackSpot's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring the sales team receives opportunities with genuine conversion potential. • Conduct consultative conversations to understand pain points, technological maturity, and the client's context. • Maintain an active cadence of outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools. • Work closely with marketing and sales, sharing feedback and data on lead quality. • Populate and maintain the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with accurate, up-to-date information. • Support the creation and improvement of prospecting and qualification processes, proposing automations and new approaches. • Contribute to the development of StackSpot's Go-to-Market strategy by testing and validating commercial hypotheses.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B prospecting, lead qualification, or business development. • Good understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical, metrics-driven profile, able to work with data and performance indicators. • Experience with sales operations in SaaS or technology companies. • Knowledge of outbound strategies, market segmentation, and ICP definition. • Organized, autonomous, and able to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment. • Intermediate or advanced English (for partner contact and technical reading).
