📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to customers and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle • Lead discovery, technical qualification, tailored demonstrations, and solution design for Mid-Market customers • Recommend technical solutions aligned with customer use cases, business goals, requirements, and decision criteria • Define technical success criteria and drive alignment among customer stakeholders • Coach Account Executives on product capabilities and customer-specific messaging • Educate customers on the 1Password product suite • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support • Share knowledge and mentor teammates across the Solutions Engineering team • Travel up to 25% as needed • Attend in-person onboarding in Toronto

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role in a B2B environment • Experience supporting complex sales cycles for cybersecurity, identity security, or SaaS solutions • Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including PAM, IGA, and related technologies • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling guidance for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple opportunities with autonomy, adapt to changing customer requirements, and maintain quality while meeting deadlines • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is preferred • Familiarity with SCIM, CLI, SAML, SSO, OAuth, AD, APIs, SSH, AI, and MCP is helpful • Must be based in the United States and aligned to the Mountain or Pacific time zone • Must already be legally authorized to work in the countries listed in the job posting; 1Password will not provide work authorization, relocation assistance, or sponsorship/transferring of a visa • Successful applicants must complete a background check
