📋 Description

• Own and improve Expo’s live portfolio of AI agents and automations across self-serve, marketing, and revenue data • Build AI agents and workflows for account research, lead routing, outbound personalization, and forecasting support • Turn ambiguous business problems into shipped systems using LLM APIs and agent tooling • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to identify underlying problems and automate solutions • Connect HubSpot, BigQuery, Stripe, Slack, and advertising platforms through APIs and webhooks • Design data validation, deduplication, governance, security, and privacy into scalable systems • Convert product usage, enrichment data, and buying signals into scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation • Instrument systems and measure impact on pipeline, conversion, win rate, and rep productivity • Make buy-versus-build decisions and evolve the GTM technology stack • Document everything built, including functionality, operation, and troubleshooting • Publish AI playbooks, enable non-technical teammates, and champion AI-native GTM practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing/sales operations, growth engineering, or software engineering with GTM knowledge • Daily fluency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex • Experience building with LLM APIs and agents, including prompting, tool use, and evaluations • SQL plus Python or TypeScript • Hands-on CRM expertise with HubSpot workflows, data model, and APIs, or equivalent Salesforce experience • High ownership in ambiguous environments • Experience with Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar enrichment and workflow tooling is nice to have • MCP or agent SDK experience is nice to have • Data warehouse modeling with BigQuery or dbt is nice to have • Experience shipping AI agents that moved an actual revenue metric is nice to have • Background in developer tools or product-led growth is nice to have • Prior RevOps experience in a high-growth startup is nice to have • Ability to work mostly during North American hours • Applicants must provide information about where they live and authorization to work there without employer sponsorship
