📋 Description

• Screen applicants, answering questions, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruiting process for hourly, remote positions • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, reviewing applications, and coordinating next steps with hiring managers • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientation, and following up with new employees • Help create and update social media content and brand materials that support recruiting and employer branding efforts • Support other basic HR administrative tasks as needed (filing, data entry, responding to employee questions, drafting communications, etc.) • Participate in HR training sessions and actively apply new skills and best practices to daily work

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Completed or pursuing a college degree is preferred • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Recruiting • Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for extended periods of time • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with good attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a consistent schedule • Basic familiarity with social media platforms including Linkedin and Facebook; graphic design or content creation experience is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with an ATS or HRIS system is a plus, but not required
