📋 Description

• Analyze software requirements to determine solutions for business goals, including estimating and planning throughout an agile software development lifecycle • Modify the codebase to implement complex software changes using coding standards, design patterns, source code control, unit testing, and CI/CD • Analyze and troubleshoot complex application errors to determine root causes and resolutions • Assist with testing and writing descriptions of application software changes • Collaborate with team members and participate in Scrum ceremonies and activities, including pair programming and peer code review • Drive innovation on the Scrum team through technical research initiatives, sometimes collaborating with other teams • Deliver solutions aligned with software architecture strategy, coding standards, organizational policies, and procedures • Provide technical guidance to others in areas of expertise • Protect, secure, and properly handle confidential company and client data • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience preferred • Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing software & systems on the Microsoft Technology Stack using C# and .NET • Technical leadership skills for effective participation in design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences, creating technical documentation and diagrams • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, including patterns, cohesion/coupling, SOLID, data structures, and algorithms • Strong experience writing clean and maintainable code using unit testing, TDD, continuous integration and deployment, automation, design patterns, refactoring, and related engineering best practices • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Strong experience with a relational database such as Sybase, MSSQL, or Oracle • Experience with distributed systems, Service-Oriented Architecture, RESTful services, and Microservices development (mandatory) • Good understanding of HTTP and Apache HTTP • Experience with proxies, multi-threaded applications, and memory management • Experience with CI/CD, automation, and related tools • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript front-end framework, such as ReactJS, KnockoutJS, Angular, or Bootstrap; ReactJS preferred • Experience using and implementing AI tools, including hands-on involvement integrating AI-based solutions or implementing AI tools for automation, analytics, or testing • Experience documenting business solutions in technical documents and diagrams • Working experience with C/C++, Python, Apache, Nginx, Redis, jQuery, PowerShell, or other scripting languages • Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience working with legacy code • Experience with Agile SDLC practices • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, emotional intelligence, time management, resilience, continuous learning, and attention to detail
