📋 Description

• Serve as the Tier 1 technical voice in client meetings, RFPs, and novel scopes • Conduct deep discovery conversations and convert them into executable scopes for research and delivery • Own the top and middle of the funnel by creating conversations, earning the technical win, and defining partnerships • Handle objections during live technical deep dives with engineering and research teams • Build the frontier-lab community in the Valley through small, high-signal events • Learn client needs from post-training, safety, and security leaders and establish meetings that generate clients • Represent Alice at conferences, analyst briefings, technical talks, and joint research • Carry market signals back into the company and act on them • Work with the CTO to identify emerging priorities and push them into the roadmap • Influence AI Labs pod agenda, AI security research priorities, and product direction • Establish how Alice operates in the Valley and serve as the key person on the ground • Interview for adjacent roles, support hiring in the region, and represent Alice locally

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ relevant years of experience as a Principal Solution Architect • Deep, current understanding of AI systems security, including agents, tools, orchestration, data flow, guardrails, red teaming, and evaluations • Working knowledge of how frontier labs buy from and work with vendors • Track record turning research into shipped product and revenue at scale • Credibility in front of frontier-lab researchers • Comfort as a public technical voice • Bay Area base with a live network in the Valley AI and security community • Fluent working across the Israel time zone • Nice to have: hands-on experience with RL post-training, GRPO, agentic environments, or eval harness design • Nice to have: prior experience inside a frontier lab, research organisation, or vendor selling into one • Nice to have: experience being the first senior person on the ground in a new geography
