📋 Description

• Design scalable and secure ERP architecture across a complex, multi-region environment • Align D365 platform capabilities with organizational goals • Lead end-to-end architectural planning, including data flows, integrations, system connectivity, and global versus country-specific requirements • Collaborate with implementation specialists, business process leads, developers, and global business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural decisions • Guide integration of third-party ISVs with enterprise architecture • Provide technical leadership during implementation, including code reviews, design standards, and governance • Evaluate new features and manage platform upgrades • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical issues • Travel approximately 4 weeks per year to global locations for go-lives, critical issue resolution, and collaboration with regional teams • Champion best practices in system performance, security, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization • 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, covering Finance and Operations • Full F&O functional coverage including procurement, sales, finance, and manufacturing • Experience with ISV integrations and enterprise-scale, multi-country implementations • Solid understanding of multi-system data flows in complex, global environments • Proven success translating business requirements into technical strategies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications • Enterprise Architecture certifications preferred • Experience with global ERP rollouts involving teams or end users in multiple countries or regions strongly preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work across cultural boundaries and collaborate with developers, business process leads, and executive stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
