📋 Description

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform • Develop and maintain the platform roadmap, instance strategy, and technical standards across ServiceNow product lines • Create technical blueprints, solution designs, and reference architectures aligned with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices • Lead architectural decision-making and design reviews • Design and govern integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and ETL • Provide oversight for AI-enabled and automation capabilities within ServiceNow • Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, release management, and performance engineering • Partner with stakeholders and Solution Analysts to assess needs and recommend solutions • Contribute to Statements of Work with clear business and technical requirements • Guide and mentor developers, administrators, and implementation partners • Configure and prototype ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications • Own the health and integrity of the CMDB and data model • Lead technical validation and testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful deployment, adoption, and knowledge transfer • Maintain architecture, design, and configuration documentation • Analyze processes and platform usage to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement • Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, configuration, and implementation experience across multiple product lines • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Now Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and scoped application development • Ability to design instance strategy, platform standards, upgrade/release management, and performance engineering • Strong command of IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and ETL integration patterns and standards • Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and related web technologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery • Ability to guide multiple concurrent initiatives from design through deployment • ServiceNow certifications (CTA and/or multiple CIS certifications) preferred
