📋 Description

• Troubleshoot production and development issues across software applications, data systems, reporting platforms, integrations, internal tools, and engineering workflows • Maintain and troubleshoot data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence systems • Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines • Support Power BI reports and dashboards • Use AI-enabled tools for code analysis, debugging, SQL/query writing, test generation, documentation, requirements analysis, system design, data analysis, and technical triage • Read, understand, modify, and write code, primarily using Python, C#, SQL, and PowerShell • Assist with engineering projects across software, data engineering, reporting, Salesforce, Azure, APIs/integrations, DevOps/pipelines, and internal business systems • Work helpdesk/ticketing system tickets, including acknowledgement, triage, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, and escalation • Diagnose issues using logs, system behavior, API responses, data flows, configuration, permissions, and user-reported symptoms • Participate in deployments, releases, production changes, and validation activities • Support monitoring, logs, alerts, and incident triage • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, runbooks, and process documentation • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions • Independently handle appropriately scoped troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, support, and enhancement work • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems, processes, automation, reporting, security posture, and support workflows • Support responsible and secure AI usage • Perform other responsibilities based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent demonstrable experience • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, systems analysis, technical operations, DevOps/support engineering, or a closely related technical role • Demonstrated technical background across software, data, application, integration, and infrastructure issues • Strong systems analysis skills • Ability to read and write code, including Python, C#, SQL, or PowerShell • Strong SQL skills • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, or comparable business intelligence/reporting assets • Experience debugging APIs, integrations, logs, application errors, and data flow issues • Experience using Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or comparable source control and work management tools • Ability to participate in testing, deployment, release validation, and change management activities • Practical experience using AI tools in technical work • Ability to evaluate AI-generated output critically and validate results • Ability to work tickets in a helpdesk/ticketing system, document work performed, and escalate with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and context • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Azure-based systems, data platforms, automation, or cloud infrastructure preferred • Experience with data warehousing, analytics engineering, semantic models, reporting pipelines, or enterprise BI systems preferred • Experience with Salesforce administration, development, reporting, or support workflows preferred • Experience supporting production systems, including incident triage, root cause analysis, monitoring, logging, and post-incident documentation preferred • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable release tooling preferred • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Cursor, Replit, or prompt engineering frameworks preferred • Experience in financial services, lending, or regulated industries preferred
