⢠Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and transition from opportunity to award. ⢠Ensure proper prioritization, funding, and team structure for pursuits. ⢠Provide market insights for pursuit strategy development. ⢠Support legal, risk, and contract reviews. ⢠Lead Readiness to Win process and executive reviews. ⢠Develop and manage capture planning and opportunity analysis. ⢠Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation. ⢠Support proposal pricing based on scope and required skills. ⢠Serve as customer advocate and provide voice of the customer insights. ⢠Identify and coordinate teaming/subcontracting arrangements. ⢠Establish go/no-go and review gates (pink, red, green reviews). ⢠Develop and maintain price-to-win analyses. ⢠Plan execution with milestones and report progress. ⢠Collaborate with technical/account teams for competitive proposals. ⢠Partner with marketing on proposals and branding materials. ⢠Support strategic planning with Sales Director. ⢠Lead lessons learned and client feedback processes. ⢠Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) opportunity data.
⢠BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology or an earth science-related field plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership experience ⢠US citizenship is required ⢠Candidate must be residing inside mainland USA territory.
