📋 Description

• Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives • Lead project teams and support sprint planning activities • Mentor junior consultants and team members • Implement advanced automation, integrations, and Salesforce optimization initiatives • Perform data migrations, including data validation and integrity checks • Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes and resolve technical challenges • Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud • Salesforce Administrator certification • At least two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud) • Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions • Strong knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud • Journey Builder • Experience designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks • Experience leading client workshops, building proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar tools • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
