⢠Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives ⢠Lead project teams and support sprint planning activities ⢠Mentor junior consultants and team members ⢠Implement advanced automation, integrations, and Salesforce optimization initiatives ⢠Perform data migrations, including data validation and integrity checks ⢠Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes and resolve technical challenges ⢠Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making ⢠Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation ⢠3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud ⢠3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud ⢠Salesforce Administrator certification ⢠At least two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud) ⢠Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions ⢠Strong knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud ⢠Journey Builder ⢠Experience designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks ⢠Experience leading client workshops, building proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates ⢠Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar tools ⢠Upper-Intermediate English or higher
