📋 Description

• Review daily saved/automated searches across federal and State, Local, and Education procurement sources • Assess new opportunities for fit against organizational capabilities and priorities • Distribute identified opportunities to appropriate client services and leadership teams • Flag priority or time-sensitive procurements • Research and evaluate data in government procurement sites, including Sam.gov, Grants.gov, GSA, eBuy, and GovWin • Track and monitor procurement updates and changes • Accurately capture and update opportunities, bids, and data in tracking databases • Manage and update search parameters with client services personnel • Support development and maintenance of an organization-wide opportunity pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or related field required • 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, proposal support, or a related function • Working understanding of the federal government, foundation, NGO, or other funder RFP/procurement process • Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize objectives, and meet timelines • Detail-oriented problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment • Ability to present information clearly and effectively • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • Must adhere to child safeguarding standards and principles • Must undergo reference and background checks
