📋 Description

• Build and improve features for learning platforms • Write front-end and back-end code • Connect products to LMS tools and school systems • Write tests and fix bugs • Help add AI features to the product • Use AI coding tools in daily work to write, test, and review code faster • Share progress and raise problems early • Work with the Lead Developer and product team • Write clean code and ship work on a regular schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of software development • Experience working on EdTech or learning products • Good skills in React or Next.js, and in Node.js or Python • Comfortable with APIs, databases, and Git • Basic knowledge of accessibility and student data privacy • Hands-on experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in a real project • Regular use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) and the judgment to check their output • Good written and spoken communication: clear updates, and questions asked early • Willing to learn fast and take ownership • Nice to have: Experience with LTI, SCORM, or xAPI • Nice to have: Experience with prompt design, RAG, or AI agents • Nice to have: Experience with video, quizzes, or assessment tools
