📋 Description

• Conduct technical training and enablement for partners on Alkira’s Network as a Service platform • Teach cloud networking constructs, network segmentation, routing, and integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Help partners develop fluency in Alkira’s approach to WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud connectivity • Jointly architect customer solutions addressing enterprise networking and security requirements • Design solutions involving multi-cloud connectivity, ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation, and legacy MPLS or hub-and-spoke replacement • Develop partner-facing slides, videos, PDFs, and other technical content • Represent Alkira and Lumen at partner and industry events and deliver educational sessions • Monitor competitive developments across WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and NaaS • Equip partners with accurate competitive differentiation • Maintain hands-on proficiency with Alkira’s platform through labs, documentation, and internal training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical customer- or partner-facing role • Deep, hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals • Knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols including BGP and OSPF • Experience with WAN technologies including MPLS, SD-WAN, and IPsec VPN • Experience with network segmentation including VRFs and micro-segmentation • Knowledge of tunneling protocols including GRE, IPsec, and VXLAN • Familiarity with SASE, SSE, and ZTNA frameworks is a strong plus • Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly valued • Hands-on experience with AWS networking constructs including VPC, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect is preferred • Hands-on experience with Azure networking constructs including Virtual WAN and ExpressRoute is preferred • Hands-on experience with GCP networking constructs including Cloud Router and Interconnect is preferred • Ability to convey complex networking architectures to technical audiences and business stakeholders • Strong analytical problem-solving ability • Demonstrated success working across partner ecosystems, VAR/SI relationships, and internal cross-functional teams
