📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy • Own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization • Direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations • Engage C-suite, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to define platform vision, business outcomes, and change management • Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications • Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance frameworks • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solution designs and detailed user stories • Review technical design documents, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance • Lead scope management, risk mitigation, and escalation resolution • Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams, including implementation partners and systems integrators • Assess ServiceNow instances for CMDB/CSDM health, configuration debt, data governance, and upgrade readiness • Participate in or lead governance boards, steering committees, and strategy forums • Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical specifications, and business cases quantifying platform value • Coach and mentor junior architects, functional leads, and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight (8) or more years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Expertise, preferably in ServiceNow solution architecture, implementation, and delivery • Eight (8) or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM, or equivalent • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Certified Master Architect (CMA) • Enterprise Architecture Certification • Strong experience with ServiceNow FSO, SAM, TPRM, SPM, or AI • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application configuration, JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, workflow design, and data modeling • Strong written communication and ability to develop business cases, technical specifications, executive summaries, and board presentations • Ability to manage delivery teams of 5–50 people across functional and technical disciplines • Ability to utilize Now Intelligence, AI Search, Workflow Data Fabric, or Process Optimization • Experience leading 3+ complex, multi-year ServiceNow implementations from design through post-go-live optimization • Consulting or systems integrator background • Experience with published thought leadership on ServiceNow implementation or digital transformation • Knowledge of commercial business functions and workflows supported by ServiceNow • Knowledge of Bravium and the governance platform • Knowledge of multi-divisional or multi-geography operating models
