📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrations between marketing-owned tools and Salesforce • Configure workflow automation and lead routing according to defined segmentation rules • Automate manual steps for representatives and operators • Capture, score, deduplicate, process, and route intent signals into GTM plays • Build, deploy, support, and instrument AI SDR, website chat, AI-assisted research, prospecting, and agentic workflows • Stand up and configure Salesforce and platforms such as Phave and 1mind • Configure tooling for territory design and pipeline reporting • Write custom scripts for data and market needs • Build and support contact-enrichment pipelines • Pull from multiple data sources, deduplicate, normalize, and validate contact data • Document systems and maintain guardrails • Share technical work and improve the technical fluency of system operators • Progressively assume more complex GTM engineering work and lead parts of the build

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in revenue/marketing/sales operations, GTM systems, growth engineering, or a comparable technical GTM role • Proven track record of building and shipping GTM automations or data pipelines independently • Hands-on CRM ownership as a builder, including objects, automation, and integrations; Salesforce strongly preferred • Demonstrated use of AI for research, prototyping, and troubleshooting • Self-directed problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity • Bias toward building quickly, measuring, and iterating with incomplete information • Fluency in written and spoken English • Working proficiency in Python or SQL, ideally both • Fluency using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating disconnected tools • Fluency with modern enrichment, intent, and automation tooling • Experience designing source-to-CRM-to-downstream data flows, including deduplication, normalization, and validation • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent hands-on Salesforce configuration and maintenance experience • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred) • Experience deploying AI SDR, agentic workflows, or LLM-based systems in a live GTM motion (preferred) • Exposure to education technology, higher education, or public-sector sales (preferred) • Experience working alongside a separate RevOps or CRM-owning function (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based • Company does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support
