📋 Description

• Provide HR generalist support for Aramark Correctional Services field operations • Manage and administer imperative HR processes • Resolve issues, follow up, and make recommendations for corporate Centers of Excellence • Respond to and investigate hotline calls • Consult on corrective action and performance management • Interpret policies • Develop and follow up on employee engagement action plans • Coordinate corporate engagement and celebration activities • Serve as point of contact for Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership talent acquisition programs • Report and analyze HR metrics • Assist with benefits and payroll • Support onboarding programs and initiatives • Travel 30%-50% to client locations

🎯 Requirements

• HR/SPHR certification preferred • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent ideal • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development, required • Ability to interact, communicate, and consult effectively with multiple levels of management • Strong analytical skills • Ability to train and make presentations • Understanding of financial and business objectives • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Initiative to improve processes • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization • Must reside in the state of Oklahoma
