📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted HR partner to organizational leadership across assigned practices in a multi-state capacity • Attend interdepartmental meetings and collaborate with practice-level and corporate-level leadership • Align HR strategies with business goals • Prepare HR communications, reports, and documentation • Maintain secure physical and digital personnel files • Develop, implement, and facilitate onboarding processes • Review policies and procedures for compliance with local and federal regulations • Process documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment changes • Support performance management, including goal-setting, reviews, development plans, and documentation • Support employee engagement initiatives • Conduct exit interviews and manage related procedures and reporting • Coordinate and facilitate HR policy, harassment prevention, compliance, and other training programs • Assess development needs and design tailored learning initiatives • Monitor employment-law changes and recommend policy updates • Coordinate HR audits and maintain appropriate documentation and practices • Assist with investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, grievances, and mediation • Advise managers and employees on performance-related matters • Administer employee benefits and support benefits inquiries and open enrollment • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits integration, and tax compliance • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity • Evaluate payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and policy adherence • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including training and development responsibilities • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and adult learning principles required • Multi-state HR experience preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or training-related certifications preferred • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, including managing files and records, designing forms, creating spreadsheets, and developing and monitoring systems and processes • Ability to work ideal hours of Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CST or as needed to meet business needs • Ability to travel 10–20% across the U.S. and work on-site with partners and practices as needed
