📋 Description

• Take full accountability for end-to-end delivery of major product updates • Manage the release lifecycle and ensure high-impact features are deployed reliably and maintain peak production performance • Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate boilerplate and execution while retaining ownership of code logic, security, and architecture • Collaborate with product teams to integrate and improve AI capabilities within the Archy platform • Collaborate with the Frontend team to integrate the Java Spring Boot backend with the React/TypeScript frontend • Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback • Identify and implement improvements to team efficiency • Estimate and plan development efforts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery • Mentor other team members and ensure technical integrity, stability, and scalability of production systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer • Strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code • Experience with Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks • Experience owning successful releases of high-traffic features or major platform migrations • Deep understanding of using AI tools as a co-pilot without sacrificing code quality or problem-solving • Strong focus on testing, stability, and performance • Customer-centric mindset focused on dental practices’ operational needs • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents • Must indicate whether employment visa sponsorship will be required • Must specify the U.S. state from which they will work
