📋 Description

• Identify, design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and support automation solutions • Identify appropriate technologies to optimize business workflows • Analyze, interpret, and refine business processes • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to design and implement automation solutions • Monitor deployed solutions for performance and continuous improvement opportunities • Troubleshoot and promptly resolve issues • Serve as a trusted automation advisor by providing practical recommendations • Collaborate with internal and external business and technology teams throughout the automation lifecycle • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quick wins and long-term strategic automation solutions • Apply software development expertise and AI integrations to create automation solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software development skills at application and platform levels • Proficiency in several of .NET, C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and SDLC • Experience managing end-to-end automation solution development using Agile practices • Extensive experience developing and deploying solutions with .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, and/or HTML • Experience with Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger • Strong proficiency in frontend and backend web/application development • REST API development and integration experience • Microservice development and integration experience • Ability to interpret SDK documentation and execute development tasks • Knowledge of Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA • Expertise in application and audit logging and unit testing • Experience with MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog • Experience with automation and BPM tools including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, and Playwright • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar • Prior AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, ML, NLP, or OCR experience is a major plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Effective interpersonal skills • Ability to facilitate technical and non-technical architecture and automation discussions • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines • Willingness to support colleagues through coaching and mentorship
