📋 Description

• Lead and manage mid to large scale software development projects • Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integrations solutions • Develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applications • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and strategy • Provide technical development leadership in strategic Oracle Cloud projects • Provide Oracle Cloud development thought leadership and expertise • Produce technology roadmaps supporting Argano’s vision and strategy • Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models • Monitor implementation activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld • Ensure solutions support availability, scalability, performance, and security objectives • Coach and mentor Cloud Technical team members • Design and implement solutions, gather and analyze requirements, and organize infrastructure requirement analysis • Work with client resources to transfer technical knowledge and provide best-practice guidance • Ensure development deliverable quality through proven testing methodologies • Provide knowledge transfer through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations • Maintain documented procedural instructions for client handoff • Report status to engagement management • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Overall 7+ years of IT experience • Oracle Cloud SaaS technical development experience • Oracle PaaS experience, focused on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, and Database Cloud Service • Experience with Oracle Middleware integration development, including SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware • Experience extending Oracle SaaS with PaaS, including custom applications in JCS or similar environments • Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, MS Active Directory, and identity propagation • Solution architect or lead experience on at least two full life-cycle Oracle Cloud application or on-premise implementations • Expertise with Web Services and Oracle Cloud Web Services, including SOAP and REST • Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion • Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security • Technical skills creating BI Publisher, FRS, and OTBI reports • Functional understanding of Oracle applications • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field • 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces • Advanced knowledge of programming languages • Experience creating and maintaining databases • Experience with Agile development technologies • Advanced project management skills • Experience managing multiple projects for different clients
