📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows for enrichment, orchestration, waterfall logic, outbound, and signal infrastructure • Own deployment of the broader outbound stack, including data providers, dialers, intent data, and agents • Partner with OpCo RevOps Leaders to scope and prioritize sprint work within a portfolio-wide roadmap • Prototype and productionize AI/agentic GTM workflows in partnership with the ASG Engineering team • Instrument reporting tied to the Bowtie Data Model to demonstrate OpCo engagement impact • Document builds and contribute to a portfolio-wide playbook and skills library • Participate in the ASG RevOps Community

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Clay expertise, including tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences, and MCP connections • Fluency with Salesforce and HubSpot operations • Ability to own CRM integration points • Active evaluation and adoption of new AI tools and models • Experience running multi-stakeholder initiatives across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and C-Suite stakeholders • Previous GTM experience across more than two industries • Understanding of GTM differences for SMB, Mid-Market, and Lower Enterprise sales motions • Experience with deals ranging from $5k–$75k ACV • Experience working with companies ranging from $5M–$30M ARR • Vertical SaaS experience is a plus
