📋 Description

• Support the Developer Services Department for regional developer start-up communities • Monitor SharePoint and internal platforms and follow up with clients • Coordinate receipt and organization of community start-up documentation • Maintain developer/builder spreadsheets, tracking sheets, and VMS metadata • Prepare Board and Design Review Committee resolutions and obtain signatures • Perform administrative tasks including file management, Executive Directives, and MAT updates • Coordinate new community start-up activities, including EINs, W-9s, address lists, and insurance quote requests • Prepare transition books for managers • Attend developer meetings in person and remotely and take meeting notes • Audit files and update templates for state and federal compliance • Coordinate client information and documents through DocuSign • Manage Billing and Closing Instructions dashboards • Draft landscape RFPs, obtain quotes, and improve bidding forms • Acquire and track community plans, maps, and documents for new budgets • Complete Boardvue start-up spreadsheets and enter start-up tasks • Provide support to all Developer Services Department members and perform related duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or better • 3 years of proven success in Community Management, preferably with Developer Communities • Proven customer service experience, with emphasis on problem-solving, seeking harmony, and defusing conflict • In-depth knowledge of budgets and financial administration • Strong computer software and internet proficiency • Strong accounting and financial experience, preferably in the HOA industry • Valid driver’s license • Experience working with Developer Communities and/or entities involving knowledge and enforcement of Governing Documents • Ability to prepare and process large amounts of administrative items with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to use a personal vehicle for required travel and walk or move around properties as necessary
