📋 Description

• Serve as an empathetic point of contact and provide holistic case management services to employees and their families during death, critical illness, crisis, and other times of need • Review hardship transfer applications and provide situation-relevant resources • Escalate issues or barriers to appropriate partner teams • Communicate updates and status changes to associates and site HR teams • Exercise judgment and make decisions when reviewing hardship requests • Manage complex cases independently to determine transfer eligibility • Handle sensitive cases involving domestic violence, homelessness, self-harm, and death • Respond to dynamic situations and anticipate future challenges • Collaborate with the Global Crisis and Issues Management Response team on high-risk situations and potential reputational damage • Partner with Global Security Operations to mitigate risks through approved controls • Identify root causes of high-volume contacts and trends in the Building-to-Building operation process • Collaborate with People Experience and Technology, Ethics, Compliance, Legal, and MHLS Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Human resources • Employee relations • Adjudication • Judgment • Empathy • HR administration • Microsoft Office proficiency • Customer service • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a contact center role with equivalent experience • Superior attention to detail • Exemplary judgment • Strong research and root-cause analysis skills • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems • Proven experience working cross-functionally to solve complex problems • Experience managing confidential and sensitive associate information • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
