📋 Description

• Partner with managers and leaders to advise on and proactively anticipate people needs • Roll out organizational structures • Provide counsel on performance management and complex people issues • Provide compensation and recognition recommendations • Act as a thought partner on talent matters • Own the team member experience from hire to retire • Scope job roles with management and support ongoing career development and coaching • Run bi-annual feedback and development processes, including promotion processes • Partner on improvement implementation following engagement surveys • Analyze exit and attrition trends and create proactive solutions • Own people compliance within the business area • Resolve employee relations issues and advise on cyclical and ad hoc performance management • Advise team members on development and career goals • Empower and upskill managers and serve as a point of contact for HR issues • Help develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices • Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee insight-based, output-oriented HR program and service projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an HR role, with experience across disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design • Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility with all levels within the organization • Ability to use and interpret data and apply a data-driven approach to decision making • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and quickly turn around and deliver outcomes • Meticulous organizational and planning skills and comfort with change • Proven influencing and negotiating skills with internal and external groups • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent • Adaptable, authentic, accountable, values-driven, curious, resourceful, proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented • Experience using HR/Talent Management Systems such as Workday is desirable • Experience working with global teams is desirable
