• Lead and support investigations into potential violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct • Manage investigations in the Employee Relations Center of Excellence, analyzing data, providing remediation, and maintaining documentation in a case management system • Analyze investigation trends and provide insights to refine policies, improve processes, and enhance training initiatives • Advise on complex workplace practices, policy interpretation, and employment-law compliance • Advise on performance management, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, ADA processes, and policy enforcement • Lead and support employee-relations projects aligned with organizational goals • Collaborate with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Compliance, legal counsel, and business leaders • Address sensitive internal and external concerns professionally, empathetically, and with a customer-focused approach • Report directly to the Director of Employee Relations
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, particularly handling complex workplace complaints and conflict resolution • Global ER investigation experience with knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance at local, state, and federal levels in the Americas • Demonstrated success conducting high-level and high-volume investigations within a COE environment • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work with urgency and responsiveness, and attention to detail • Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities • Expertise analyzing trends and proactively suggesting solutions • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills with a consultative approach • Focus on process improvement and operational efficiency • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) • At least 7 years of Human Resources experience, including 4 years in Employee Relations and at least 3 years conducting workplace investigations • Proven experience managing complex, sensitive employee relations issues and mentoring associates and managers • Expertise providing consultative advice on high-risk employee relations matters, performance management, company policies, and procedures • Experience using investigation or ER/HR case management systems, generating reports, and analyzing data • Exceptional time management, organization, prioritization, and deadline management • Commitment to discretion, integrity, and confidentiality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
