📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and solution design for water quality and smart metering systems. • Collaborate with Account Managers, Channel Managers, and distributors to present innovative technologies to customers and prospects. • Participate in technical seminars, trade shows, and industry events to showcase Badger Meter’s leadership in water technology. • Respond to RFPs, bids, and customer inquiries with precision and professionalism. • Mentor and support internal teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen overall sales effectiveness. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure Badger Meter remains the partner of choice for utilities and municipalities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry or technical solution design. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagement and industry events.
