📋 Description

• Independently manage multiple client relationships and consulting engagements. • Lead projects involving compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy development. • Advise clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters. • Develop and present recommendations to executive and leadership teams. • Facilitate meetings, workshops, training, and other client sessions. • Develop HR policies, programs, processes, tools, and resources. • Manage projects, deadlines, deliverables, and changing client priorities. • Maintain exceptional responsiveness and follow-through with clients. • Manage billable-hour expectations, project budgets, utilization goals, and timely, accurate time tracking. • Collaborate with colleagues and subject-matter experts to bring the right solutions to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. • 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines. • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development. • Experience advising leaders and navigating complex or sensitive HR situations. • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong business judgment and the ability to build credibility quickly with clients and senior leaders. • Outstanding organizational and project-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Highly responsive, proactive, and client-focused approach. • Experience working within a consulting, professional services, or other client-service environment preferred. • Familiarity with billable hours, utilization expectations, project budgets, and time tracking strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
