📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive HR support and expertise to clients across multiple industries • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements, challenges, and goals • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits • Develop and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and practices • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations • Support recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination • Advise on talent retention, career development, and succession planning • Develop performance evaluation frameworks and support performance appraisal processes • Monitor employment laws and regulations and support compliance audits and investigations • Identify training needs and develop customized training programs • Facilitate HR workshops and seminars • Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, life, and disability benefits • Coordinate open enrollment and assist employees with plan selections • Administer LOA/FMLA/STD/LTD requests • Assess HR technology needs and recommend systems or tools • Implement and optimize HRIS and other HR software solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor while adapting to different organizational cultures, structures, and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred • Expertise in CA employment laws required • Experience working with non-profit organizations a plus • Proven experience in HR consulting or generalist roles, preferably serving multiple clients • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients' needs • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters • Reliable high-speed Internet and a dedicated home office or workspace • Ability to conduct video meetings • Ability to work extended periods sitting at a computer 8+ hours per day • Proof of eligibility to work in the US • Ability to pass a thorough background check
