📋 Description

• Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries • Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients • Prepare, process, and run payroll according to client payroll schedules • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS / payroll system • Perform full-cycle recruitment services, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox • Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree • Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation • Proficiency using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run • Previous experience preparing and processing payroll • Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis (preferred) • Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred) • Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels within an organization • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients • HRCI / SHRM certification (preferred)
