📋 Description

• Oversee the health, performance, and scalability of the end-to-end data ecosystem • Monitor architecture, data quality, and data pipelines from the Silver layer through semantic models and reporting layers • Identify and resolve data breaks and performance issues within an AWS environment • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design, build, and optimize enterprise data solutions • Provide architectural guidance throughout the full development lifecycle • Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing technology solutions aligned with business needs, organizational standards, security requirements, and healthcare compliance mandates • Document current-state and future-state architectures at conceptual, logical, and physical levels • Evaluate vendor solutions against architectural and cybersecurity standards • Participate in designing AI-powered healthcare applications • Support healthcare data integration projects using HL7 and FHIR • Develop and mature architectural artifacts, reference architectures, archetypes, and policy updates • Ensure solutions meet HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI DSS standards • Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives • Analyze business and IT environments to identify deficiencies or redundancies and recommend improvements • Develop and maintain enterprise technology standards and solution patterns • Advise peers and leadership on current and future technologies based on business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in development, infrastructure, or systems analysis • 3+ years of engineering or architecture experience • 2+ years of experience developing or delivering solutions for cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP • Must obtain AWS or Azure Architect certification and Security+ certification within one year of hire • Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and security frameworks • Knowledge of data integration concepts and APIs • Monday-Friday availability during 8AM-5PM Arizona MST • Must live in one of the specified eligible states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NY, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in healthcare or a regulated industry • Preferred: 7+ years of experience in development, infrastructure, or systems analysis • Preferred: 2+ years of experience designing solutions utilizing AI components • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare integration protocols and standards • Architecture certifications, including AWS Architect, Azure Architect, TOGAF, Security+, CISSP, or related cloud, AI, or cybersecurity certifications preferred
