📋 Description

• Consult with internal customers to understand business reporting needs • Suggest existing tools or design and develop custom reports • Share report designs with software developers and direct solution development • Lead UAT testing to ensure specifications are met • Move tested solutions to production for implementation • Troubleshoot and provide solutions after implementation • Bridge end users, development, and IT through all phases of solution development • Create business requirements and technical specifications documentation • Define, validate, and translate business needs into system and data requirements • Establish, facilitate, and manage solution implementation project schedules • Provide train-the-trainer support for support teams • Update the tracking database

🎯 Requirements

• Business travel industry experience required • Technologically adept, with ability to understand data-flow relationships, reporting capabilities, and data-visualization options • Collaborative skills to work across all management levels and drive results • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities and projects • Mastery of Microsoft Excel required • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and SSRS helpful but not required • Working knowledge of DecisionSource helpful, but can be taught • Project management experience preferred
