📋 Description

• Design and implement foundational DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline architecture using GitHub Actions for tenant onboarding automation • Automate tenant workspace provisioning and IaC-based onboarding workflows using Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles • Enforce code quality, dependency scanning, policy-as-code, approval gates, and full audit trails • Implement secure environment promotion through development, testing, and production • Support 24x7 CI/CD pipeline monitoring and failure remediation • Maintain the Platform Operations Runbook and IaC Baselines • Ensure provisioning pipelines meet the 10-business-day SLA to support tenant satisfaction • Manage AWS cloud environments, including EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and optimize platform performance and costs • Support high availability, scalability, security, and 24x7 operations for mission-critical federal platforms • Apply blue/green and canary deployment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering • Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is mandatory; candidates in process do not qualify • U.S. Citizenship required • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance • Expert-level Terraform for automated IaC provisioning and management • DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions with SAST/DAST/secrets scanning • Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles for workspace deployment automation • Strong proficiency with EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking • Experience with blue/green and canary deployment strategies • Willingness to support 24x7 on-call, including off-hours deployment windows • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep • Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs • Current or recent IRS contract experience strongly preferred • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) nice to have • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with automated testing and deployment strategies • Subject to background investigation, including criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness
