📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architecture in the Execution vertical, emphasizing Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems • Design scalable, best-in-class solutions across Transportation Management, Network, Warehouse Management, visibility, and interoperability workflows • Partner with executive customer stakeholders to translate business strategy into solution architectures • Drive end-to-end solution design across transportation processes, integrations, and Cognitive Agentic AI components • Act as solution authority for complex transformational programs • Lead business process analysis, solution design, and deployment execution across order collaboration, transportation planning, transportation execution, in-transit visibility, financials, and reporting • Influence customers on industry and agentic AI best practices • Evolve integration strategy and ensure seamless data and process flow • Ensure successful go-live through validation, issue resolution, and data integrity checks • Serve as primary liaison among project managers, architects, executives, clients, and consultants • Mentor Blue Yonder associates as a project and practice mentor • Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities within existing engagements • Support effort estimation, resource planning, and business value impact assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of specific implementation experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management solution • Knowledge of execution-based workflows between Transportation, Warehousing, and visibility solutions • Knowledge of planning and transportation interoperable workflows preferred • Transportation Modeling and Logistics Procurement implementation experience • Experience as a Blue Yonder customer or consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions preferred • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale TMS implementations, including complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP supply chain planning solutions may be considered • Strong business analysis skills • Understanding and usage of statistical algorithms • Knowledge of inventory optimization concepts • Awareness of tactical planning’s impact on the overall supply chain • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive audiences • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred
