📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, administer, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) platform solutions • Configure and develop MDM application components, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and integrations • Implement routine data import, export, file-based, and API integration changes • Translate business and technical requirements into application configurations and code • Troubleshoot application incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrections, and escalate complex issues • Create and execute unit, integration, and regression test cases and document results • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, code, integrations, deployments, support procedures, and defect corrections • Support scheduled releases and application deployments using lifecycle, source control, change management, and rollback procedures • Monitor application processes and jobs, respond to alerts and support requests, and maintain reliable platform operations • Collaborate with developers, analysts, data specialists, infrastructure teams, and vendors • Follow enterprise application design, coding, security, data governance, and documentation standards • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks • Contribute incremental improvements to application quality, supportability, performance, and user experience • Participate in application training and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery test documentation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year STEM degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of application development, configuration, or integration experience in an agile environment • Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST APIs, regular expressions, and source control concepts • Ability to implement approved technical specifications in an MDM application • Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, incident management, security, and change control practices • Ability to read, write, and speak in English required • Experience with Stibo STEP architecture, data models, workflows, Web UI, business rules, and integrations preferred • SAP and enterprise integration experience preferred • Technical problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to deliver well-defined work with routine guidance and increasing independence • Attention to code quality, testing, security, documentation, and operational reliability • Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, support teams, data professionals, and vendors • Clear technical communication and willingness to seek review when decisions exceed assigned authority • Ability to manage priorities and meet commitments in a dynamic environment • Continuous learning and improvement mindset • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
