📋 Description

• Develop, record, and edit complex application simulations and process flows using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Developer • Produce high-quality training materials, including test scripts, documentation, and multi-mode learning outputs (Demo, Practice, Know It) • Ensure content aligns with established templates, style guides, and organizational branding standards • Review authored content for accuracy, consistency, and functional correctness • Troubleshoot UPK recording issues, resolve bubble/action errors, and correct branching logic or timing conflicts • Validate documentation outputs across HTML, PDF, Word, and simulation modes • Complete end-to-end module development with minimal oversight • Author training content, design simulations, and manage module-level projects • Support GCSS-MC end-users as part of the Training team

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of User Productivity Kit (UPK) development experience • Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end training modules • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) • Experience troubleshooting complex UPK technical issues • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Familiarity with military logistics or DoD systems • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design • Experience with Agile project management methodologies • 2+ years instructor-led training delivery experience
