📋 Description

• Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices • Lead discovery efforts with clients and internal team members to understand business needs and solution requirements • Develop client business and data knowledge to align platform solutions with marketing objectives • Translate business needs into technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, integrations, and customer journeys • Partner with AEP/CDP Architects and Engineers on XDM schemas, data ingestion, dataset enablement, transformations, event pipelines, and monitoring • Lead configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and other channels • Manage AJO user roles and permissions • Oversee platform development, testing, and deployment • Support development teams working on platform integrations • Create and present architecture and technical specification documents • Serve as day-to-day technical platform SME for internal and client teams • Oversee system health and lead engineers through maintenance protocols • Manage workflows, deadlines, and change controls across multiple simultaneous projects • Support project estimation and Marketing Technology roadmapping engagements • Support ongoing platform and schema optimizations • Direct technical implementation of features as needed • Contribute to AEP Centers of Excellence, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets • Promote and enforce information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security • Identify, assess, and report risks affecting information asset confidentiality, integrity, and availability • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy compliance • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations, including architecture, data design, integration, and activation • 3 or more years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer • Familiarity with Channel Configuration, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Audience Definition, Decision Management, and related AJO tasks • Familiarity with non-native activation and external-system customer interaction • Adobe Journey Optimizer certification preferred • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, and CJA strongly preferred • Experience as a data modeler • Proficiency with JSON and XML • Experience or familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding a plus • Agency experience preferred, including 2+ years in a client-facing role • Knowledge of agency structures and agile project management methodologies • Solid understanding of digital marketing execution processes, audience segmentation methods, industry best practices, communication legal compliance, and downstream campaign analysis • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business personnel, and management • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and marketing cloud solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Marketo a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience required • Eligible candidates must be able to obtain employment authorization; Bounteous is willing to sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas
