📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM • Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools within the SAFe Agile delivery framework • Execute parallel payroll validation testing against legacy system outputs and resolve variances before production cutover • Perform Section 508 accessibility testing to WCAG 2.1 AA standards • Coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking • Design and execute performance and load testing • Implement defect management using JIRA or equivalent tools, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting • Test integration interfaces with federal systems to validate end-to-end data flow and error handling • Validate Oracle quarterly update deployments through targeted regression suites • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and improve continuous testing processes • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and execution summary reports • Resolve moderate functional and technical issues independently and consult senior staff on complex problems • Communicate progress and technical approaches to project teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • US citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree • 5+ years of professional experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent • Experience with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud • Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Test Plans • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, including TDD and shift-left strategies • Experience coordinating UAT activities with business stakeholders, including planning, execution, and defect triage • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Desired: 6+ years of testing experience with at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation • Desired: ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification • Desired: Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or Oracle Load Testing • Desired: Experience performing Section 508 accessibility testing using ANDI, axe, or JAWS • Desired: Knowledge of federal HR business processes including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel action workflows • Desired: Experience with parallel payroll validation methodologies and automated payroll comparison testing • Desired: Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy • Desired: Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies including OIC or OCI in enterprise HCM or ERP environments
